For example if i abused my power but the player did not mind and it was during downtime, and both parties knew it was a joke, maybe a warning. However if it was uptime and it was something like warning, banning or muting random people then the punishment should be more severe, for example a demotiuon to a lower rank or a removal from staff[/b][/color] [*][color=#ffffff][b]If someone is disrespecting staff what do you think should happen and how would you handle it.(3-4 sentences) Start by politely asking them to stop and attempt to take their grievances into a DM/PM. If they continue to be rude and also can't handle themselves appropriately within a DM, she should be warned for the disrespect. And how so?(why or whynot?)(3-4 sentences) I do not see myself as a leader as sometimes i myself am not confident in the actions i may take, and being criticsed by a leader would help me imporve, however if i had to lead i would be able to. The position of being a leader within a staff team also does not appeal to me because when it comes to staff situations, all i need to be able to do is moderate the server, and anything else i could do however it would be unecessar as more would be properl;y qualified for the position. If it's referring to a leader within the sense of the RP rather than OOC and in staff ranks, i would be more suited as i can usually judge situations well and give a course of action, however this is a side note as it is not relevant in a staff sense[/b][/color] [*][color=#ffffff][b]Do you think you would be able to attend daily staff meetings? i believe i would, however that depends what time the staff meetings take place due to my timezone[/b][/color] [/list]
